Nova on Main in Martensville is advancing steadily, reaching a major construction milestone as framing nears completion.
Trades are efficiently progressing with rough-in work, coordinating closely as floors become available and back framing is finalized. With all major building utilities now installed, commissioning will begin once the building is weather-tight.
In the coming days, the focus will shift to the exterior, with windows, doors, roofing, and finishes being installed, giving the building its defining look. Inside, preparations are underway to heat the space, enabling gypcrete pours over the next five to six weeks.
With these key milestones approaching, Nova on Main continues to move confidently toward completion, reflecting both the skill of our trades and the strong progress of the project.
